Our Statement of Faith and Mission
Sunset Bible Chapel is committed to glorifying God and sharing His word globally. We are a group of Christians who hold to the historic doctrines of the Christian faith. We believe in God, the Creator of all things; the deity of Jesus Christ; His virgin birth; His substitutionary death for the sins of men and His bodily resurrection. We believe in the forgiveness of sins through faith in Jesus Christ, and that all who believe become members of His Church. We believe in His personal return to earth and in the final judgement of men before God. We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, and in His indwelling of the believer. We strive to create an environment of worship, learning, and spiritual growth for everyone.
Our purpose is to present Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of the individual in his need of salvation, and as the hope of the world.
